Guardian Life Insurance is a licensed, independent insurance brokerage. This page describes our licensing and how to verify it.
Independent brokerage
We are an independent brokerage. We represent multiple insurance carriers and help you compare options across them. We are paid by the carrier whose product you choose, so there is no separate fee to you for our help.
Licensing and identifiers
Our National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) number and National Producer Number (NPN) are available on request while we finalize our public licensing disclosures.
We maintain the insurance producer licenses required for the products we offer in the states where we do business.
Where we are licensed
Our office is located at 4907 N Florida Ave, Tampa, FL 33603. We are licensed in Florida and may be licensed in additional states. If you are outside Florida, contact us to confirm availability in your state.
Verifying a license
You can verify the license of any insurance producer through your state's Department of Insurance or department of financial services. We will provide our license details on request.
